After our initial contact we begin a comprehensive assessment focusing on your exact care needs, location preferences, and overall budget for the care you or your loved one requires.
The assessment we provide is designed to help you find the care facility most suitable for you or your loved one’s needs. Our goal is to narrow down the choices based on the information you provide to us.
Touring
After we search and find facilities we feel match you or your loved one’s care needs, we begin setting up tours. On your behalf, we contact the facilities and arrange tours based on your availability and convenience.
Although you may choose to tour these facilities yourself, we highly recommend bringing us along for professional guidance and support. Our highly trained experts know which questions to ask and give you the feedback vital to your final decision making.
Move In
Moving into your new facility is a big day for everyone, including us! We want to ensure the process goes smoothly and help answer any questions you have. We can also communicate with the facility on your behalf regarding any issues you aren’t sure about.
Within approximately 30 days after move in, we will make a courtesy visit to ensure all your needs are being met. However, if you feel the need to contact us before these 30 days you are more than welcomed!
